1. Delivery Coverage

  • We offer nationwide delivery across the country.
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
  1. Extreme weather conditions
  2. Courier delays
  3. Unreachable delivery locations

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
  • Customers are required to pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready to avoid payment delays.

4. Undelivered & Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, we reserve the right to:
  1. Ban repeat offenders from future purchases.
  2. Take legal action against fake orders.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact us at teamQudrati Shifa@gmail.com for assistance.
  • Lost packages will be investigated with the courier service, and a resolution will be provided accordingly.
